This two-bedroom flat has been recently renovated, and will make you feel at perfectly at home throughout your stay.

This apartment has a great location. It receives the sun throughout the day which gives it a light and airy feel, which in turn makes it even more beautiful. This is a great way to get the full experience of Valencia, with 320 sunny days per year!!!

Located pretty close to most of the tourist attractions and the historical center of the city, our penthouse finds itself on the top floor of a residential building without a lift, but you will find a special pulley to raise the luggage:)

It stands out, and has a very a distinguished style. A combination of wooden beams, brick and vivid colors transmit a feeling of comfort and a cosy atmosphere to make you feel at home.

A fully equipped kitchen is a great area to cook in. It is bright and modern and you will have everything that you will need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The two bedrooms are very comfortable, with double beds (150×190 and 135×190) Big and soft enough for you to relax in after a day full of sightseeing and adventures! Each room has a small interior balcony. And in the main bedroom there is also a large wardrobe, and in the second bedroom there you will find a clothes rail and organiser where you can hang and store clothes and personal items.

The living room overlooks a terrace and has a great sofa, a coffee table and a dining table large enough for 4 people. This apartment also has a smart TV, perfect for a night in after a long day of sightseeing!

In the bathroom is equipped with a shower and you will be provided with shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and sets of shower and hand towels.

If you are landing at Valencia Airport and you are unsure how to get to the apartment. If you wish we can arrange a taxi for you, Which will be waiting at the airport at your arrival and will take you door to door for a fixed low price.

Another option is to take the Metro. The cost of this is 5 euros per person and takes around 25 minutes. The metro station that you will need is called “Xátiva” it is a direct line to this station so no changes are needed and it is located only a 6 min walk from the apartment:)
The metro hours are from 5.30 to 23.30, every day and there is only a 5 to 15 min depending on the time of day.

If you are travelling by train, the railway station “La estación del Norte”, is just a 5 minute walk to the apartment from the station. And “Joaquín Sorolla” is only 10 minutes.
