Lovely cosy apartment with exposed bricks, the apartment has two big terraces where you can enjoy a nice breakfast watching the sea (from far) and the sunrise.

There are two big sized beds, one bathroom (hot and cold water), living room and dining room as well, equiped kitchen. Everyting that can be neccesry for your confort.
Beach is 15 minutes by walking.

Please note that when you arrive at the apartment you have booked:

You will find clean beds and towels.
We provide bathrooms with two rolls of toilet paper (other implements that you might need, run on your own).
In the shower it is important to avoid falling elements that can clog the pipes (hair, jewelry, etc), same with the toilet.
When using the machine check that the pockets of the garments are empty.
The kitchen is equipped with basic elements such as cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, pans and pots. There is a broom and a mop that you can use if you need it.

• Keep the gate door allways closed
• Be quiet on the stairs, so as not to disturb the people living in the house
• Aviod wearing hight heels, screaming loudly, making parties in the apartment
• Timetable of using the washing mashine: from 10 am till 10 pm
• Don’t smoke inside the apartment
• Before you leave, clean the diches that you have used and throw the garbage
• Please be punctual with the CHECK-OUT TIME: 10-30 AM . Just leave the keys on the table and close the door from outside
• If something is missed or broken let us know as soon as possible.
• The flat is just for quiet people or families.
• Parties are strictly forbidden.
• We do accept pets, there is a charge 50 € due to extra cleaning service . It d be great if your dog or cat do has it own bed.
